If you wish to return your jewellery purchase, we are more than happy to offer you an exchange or a credit towards another purchase of one of our custom-made jewellery items. You have up to 7 days from the date you received the item, to return it so please contact us as soon as you're able—being sure to include the item number. After 7 days we regret that no credits can be issued. Because each order is a custom hand-made item, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.
When we receive the returned item, we will send you a code that can be used for your future credit. It will entitle you to use that credit toward another purchase for a period of 1 year.
All items returned must be in their original packaging and be in undamaged condition. They must be sent to us through an insured method such as Xpress Post in Canada, or registered mail in the U.S. and accompanied by a tracking number; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Please note that you will be responsible for the original and return shipping costs when returning an item.We hope you will be happy with your purchases, but if for any reason you are not, the Company's sole maximum liability will not be more than to issue you a store credit in the amount of the original purchase price (not including shipping and handling charges) as per our standard cancellation and/or return policies.
